📋 Description

• Coordinate Reading Center R&D project management activities • Prepare and distribute study-related documents • Coordinate project activities and manage imaging and grading data in the EXCELSIOR™ cloud application environment • Provide Reading Center administrative and operational support • Manage and coordinate Reading Center administrative and operational office tasks • Compile operational data to support project tracking and management oversight • Assist with all aspects of study management • Develop, proofread, create, duplicate, and disseminate project documents • Monitor work for quality and completeness • Assist with project activities from start-up through closeout • Organize and prioritize assignments, anticipate problem areas, and apply creative solutions • Assist with developing project-specific processes and procedures • Initiate and maintain project documents • Attend internal and sponsor project meetings via teleconference or face-to-face • Maintain project systems and procedures for status updates, plan and document revisions, and correspondence • Generate project reports and assemble data for project updates • Understand EXCELSIOR™ and clinical R&D project conduct sufficiently to discuss tasks with study team members • Complete initial study configuration within EXCELSIOR™ • Assist with EXCELSIOR™ project configuration and grading workflow • Coordinate and assist the Imaging Department with image download and upload • Comply with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures • Promote quality, continuous improvement, safety, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS degree from a four-year college or university, some related experience and/or training in administrative or customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Preferred experience in clinical trial or project management in a related field • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to follow direction, assess company needs, and work independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software • Ability to learn company-specific software • Professional attitude and image appropriate for the work environment • Ability to participate and contribute in a team environment • Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication • No licenses or certifications required • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including repetitive hand use, standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 25 pounds • Commitment to company policies, SOPs, safety regulations, quality, and customer service
