📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical AI projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery • Coordinate diverse resources across engineering, data science, and business operations to support transformation initiatives • Identify and mitigate risks specific to AI deployment, including regulatory compliance and data privacy • Facilitate communication between technical developers and business stakeholders • Establish project KPIs tied to delivery speed, budget adherence, and successful operational handoffs • Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of enterprise AI initiatives from technical scoping through deployment • Partner with engineering, data science, and business leaders to coordinate resources, mitigate project risks, and integrate AI investments into daily operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably overseeing data or software engineering initiatives • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional technical initiatives and deliver measurable project outcomes • Strong conceptual understanding of machine learning lifecycles and AI infrastructure • Ability to work effectively with technical teams to clear roadblocks and manage timelines • Experience in financial services or fund administration preferred but not required • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications preferred • Operator mindset with a focus on execution and delivery outcomes
