📋 Description

• Supervise, mentor, and partner with one recruiter while directly performing recruiting activities • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate recruitment • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain recruiting-process feedback • Work with HR leads on candidate background compliance • Refine and implement recruiting strategy and processes • Partner with management to develop hiring forecasts and advertising and outreach strategies • Network with industry contacts, community partners, employment agencies, recruitment vendors, and current employees to build a candidate pipeline • Create, market, and monitor job advertisements on recruiting sites • Manage social recruitment activity with marketing support • Confirm use of current job descriptions and desired competencies and monitor updates • Develop and track internal metrics and industry recruiting statistics • Identify community engagement opportunities • Lead job fair events and host recruitment events • Serve as an MG brand ambassador and ensure an exceptional candidate care journey

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of staffing and/or recruitment experience • Familiarity using HRIS (ADP), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Google Platforms • Demonstrated ability to perform candidate sourcing and conduct structured, competency, and behavior-based interviews • Excellent time-management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines under pressure • Ability to work collaboratively with others • Ability to build trust and display appropriate levels of emotional intelligence • High levels of professionalism • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion • Customer service attitude • Ability to work with limited oversight and supervision • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities • Attention to detail • Ability to change gears quickly according to shifting priorities
