📋 Description

• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure • Manage preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory requirements • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information and reporting • Develop and implement financial strategies supporting company growth and profitability • Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting updates • Monitor and analyze budget performance and implement corrective actions • Provide financial analysis and modeling for strategic initiatives • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards • Develop and maintain financial governance policies and procedures • Partner with the executive team on long-term financial strategies • Provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions • Lead and mentor the finance team • Provide training and development opportunities for finance staff • Manage relationships with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions • Present financial reports and insights to executives, the board, and investors • Communicate financial performance and strategy to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • MBA or CPA preferred • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance • At least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven experience in the technology or blockchain industry highly desirable • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to convey complex financial information clearly
