📋 Description

• Build a network of talented contractors for anticipated project needs • Consider applicants for future contract and project-based opportunities aligned with their skills and expertise • Review applicant backgrounds and retain information for potential matching • Collaborate closely with clients and Product, Development, and QA team members • Contribute to product strategy from the beginning and help shape product direction • Turn ideas and concepts into workable designs • Produce wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and high-fidelity designs • Explore, experiment with, and advocate for simple, elegant solutions to complex problems • Balance pixel-perfect attention to detail with low-fidelity design choices • Use user feedback and data to evolve products • Participate in meetings and presentations to build consensus and achieve buy-in • Validate approaches through working software

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading the design efforts for one or more successfully shipped or successfully downloaded online or mobile products • Portfolio demonstrating UX work and ability to explain design decisions and compromises • Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS • Ability to use prototypes as a means of communication • Comfort with command-line tools and code editors • Understanding of UI best practices • Ability to balance polished interfaces with deadlines • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate persuasively across diverse audiences and organizational levels • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement • Interest in new apps, design tools, industry events, and side projects
