📋 Description

• Act as a consultant and provide technical advice and support to the Payroll Department and HR-related areas • Document and test system changes • Train HR Associates on timekeeping processes • Serve as a Workday super-user for Payroll and Benefits • Troubleshoot system issues • Answer questions, research issues, and resolve Payroll and HRIS problems • Liaise between Human Resources and Information Technology to provide systems support and leverage technology solutions • Provide technical support and services for payroll and benefits administration • Develop and prepare training materials and guides for Payroll • Coordinate timekeeping training for Associates • Perform other duties as assigned or requested • Model behavior consistent with MLH Mission, Vision, and Values

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration • Required: 5–7 years of relevant Workday timekeeping and/or payroll experience in a high-volume environment • Required: Experience with Timekeeping and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems • Substitution: In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, high school diploma and 9 years of related payroll experience in a high-volume environment • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources • Preferred: Healthcare Industry/Hospital Experience • Preferred: Experience in Workday HCM • Preferred: Experience in Kronos Dimensions Timekeeping • Ability to use spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of associates and management • Ability to maintain working relationships with co-workers and other departments • Ability to prioritize, coordinate multiple tasks, organize tasks, and maintain workflow • Ability to read, comprehend, and prepare moderately complex written material, such as government regulations • Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations and analyses • Excellent technical knowledge • Must have good balance and coordination • Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including light work and occasional exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force
