📋 Description

• Acts as a consultant and provides technical advice and support to the Payroll Department and other HR related areas. • Responsible for documenting and testing system changes and training HR Associates on timekeeping processes. • Serves as a resource for the department in answering questions, researching issues, and resolving problems related to Payroll and HRIS. • Acts as the technical expert by providing technical support and services to payroll and benefits administration. • Manages the development and preparation of training materials and guides for Payroll and coordinates timekeeping training for associates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration preferred • Bachelor's Degree Accounting preferred • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources preferred • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred • Human Resource Information Systems 7-9 years preferred • Payroll information systems 7-9 years preferred • Ability to use spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software • Excellent technical knowledge
