📋 Description

• Accurately maintain all aspects of the Archtics/Ticketmaster event programming • Support property box offices and show partners with programming in a timely and courteous manner • Maintain and monitor the size of ticket blocks, ticket prices, and inventory of all ticket outlets • Maintain functionality, content, and marketing promotions on all property websites • Monitor functionality of systems and interfaces for all ticketing operations and advise management • Conduct random shops of all channels to ensure rate integrity and competitive set as required • Monitor available inventory and advise management of potential revenue opportunities and recommended allocation changes • Assist in development, daily preparation, and communication of managerial reports for tracking, analysis, and monitoring of ticketing • Perform event programming, including event building, ticket types, hold classes, ticket templates, confirmation templates, service fees, promotion and wholesaler inventory, allocations, and internet links

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in Architics or an equivalent of training and experience • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in hospitality industry • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays • Associate's Degree preferred • 6+ Months of prior relevant experience working with any ticketing system preferred • Experience in Entertainment and/or Ticket Office preferred
