📋 Description

• Collaborate with implementation consultants to lead functional execution, post-walkthrough testing, and custom system builds before go-live • Build native NetSuite solutions and align business processes • Assist with rationalizing integrations between NetSuite and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and OMS • Partner with the external implementation team on data migration and transition from legacy Microsoft Dynamics systems • Lead user acceptance testing, walkthrough validations, and technical readiness initiatives through go-live • Collaborate on integrations connecting NetSuite with Salesforce, Order Management Systems, and custom digital media platforms • Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary platform administrator after go-live • Own NetSuite system configuration and functional architecture • Design, configure, test, and deploy native and customized NetSuite solutions, including chart of accounts, segment structures, workflows, approval routing, reports, saved searches, roles/permissions, and SuiteApps • Manage platform maintenance, data integrity, user support, and post-go-live optimization • Translate financial requirements into system designs, wireframes, and workflows • Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and Accounting Managers to evaluate processes and implement solutions • Ensure NetSuite builds comply with US GAAP, record-to-report cycles, multi-entity/multi-currency reporting, and internal control standards • Travel when required by clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of dedicated, hands-on NetSuite administration and functional configuration experience within a corporate finance/accounting environment • Deep proficiency in NetSuite core financial modules: General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, multi-subsidiary/multi-currency, intercompany, and period-close • Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle NetSuite implementation from discovery to go-live • Preferably experience migrating off legacy ERPs such as Microsoft Dynamics in a mid-to-enterprise setting • Proven experience working alongside third-party implementation partners and consultants during an ERP transition • Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and financial statement mapping to system architecture • Practical experience managing NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, OMS, and billing platforms • Experience building UAT test scripts • Preferred: industry background in broadcast media, digital media, advertising, publishing, or subscription-based services • Preferred: NetSuite Certified Administrator or NetSuite ERP Consultant credentials • Media or advertising industry experience is a plus • Preference for candidates in PA, NY, or the broader Tri-State/Northeast region; Northeast geographic location is preferred
