📋 Description

• Develop programs of instruction in occupational specialties or fields, potentially serving as Lead Instructional Systems Specialist • Design and develop instructional programs, training literature, and measurement instruments for military and civilian students • Develop and implement projects to improve procedures and baselines for the technical training process • Create new master instructional plans and modify existing plans • Conduct task analyses for training programs • Work with subject matter experts and existing course materials to develop instructional analyses, paper-based materials, workbooks, and instructor guides • Perform instructional analysis to identify training performance objectives and provide quality assurance subject matter expertise • Generate or modify multimedia and computer-based training plans and develop accompanying lessons • Support business development activities, including technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing, and proposal color reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, or high school diploma and 13 years of experience • Experience with training development and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Able to lift up to 10–15 pounds at a time
