📋 Description

• Support three Scrum teams in the Professional Services division • Facilitate standard Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments • Navigate a scaled agile environment, including release planning and quarterly planning • Manage project scope, timelines, and costs to meet stakeholder expectations • Distill complex messages and status updates for managers, directors, and key stakeholders • Coach team members in Agile frameworks and SDLC processes • Mentor teams toward self-organization, self-management, self-discipline, and continuous improvement • Build a trusting, open, and safe environment that promotes transparency and innovation • Foster interpersonal relationships in a remote environment through team building, games, and learning • Partner with technical leads to provide performance feedback, coaching, and professional development; may include people management • Collaborate with Scrum team members to ensure successful sprint execution through inspection, adaptation, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Software Engineering, or related area preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years working as a Scrum Master role or equivalent • Strong analysis, critical-thinking capabilities & problem-solving skills • Strong focus on exceptional customer service • Curious in nature and striving to leave things better than they were found • Highly organized & accurate • Strong initiative and follow-through skills • Aptitude and desire to work in a highly collaborative, self-organizing, team environment • Willingness and ability to provide and accept feedback • Ability to work independently but ask questions when needed • Scrum Master certification and/or Project Management certifications are a plus • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
