📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases • Perform positional, regression, usability, exploratory, and user interface testing • Validate application functionality, design, and usability • Identify, document, prioritize, and verify software defects • Communicate testing progress and release readiness • Test across different browsers, operating systems, and devices • Recommend product improvements and usability enhancements • Help ensure every release meets quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen • High school diploma or Associate degree in related field • Minimum 2 years professional experience in software quality assurance or related field • Experience testing web and mobile applications • Experience using Jira and TestRail or similar tools • Familiarity with various web browsers and operating systems • Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
