📋 Description

• Plan and execute in-store operations for Seasonal and Mainstay card programs to ensure quality and consistency. • Partner with third-party merchandisers for weekly store maintenance, including branded signage installation and replenishment triaging. • Coordinate with third-party partners to launch new stores, manage store remodels, and oversee store closures. • Support the launch and execution of new Wholesale programs by managing in-store execution and ensuring accountability. • Summarize weekly in-store operations metrics and present them to key stakeholder teams. • Develop and implement accurate, scalable, refreshable reporting for performance metrics across the Wholesale Greeting Card supply chain. • Track third-party merchandiser data to ensure completion compliance for everyday and seasonal programs. • Provide critical operations store-level updates for Seasonal card programs. • Collaborate with Inventory Specialists to address store-level inventory needs and allocations. • Oversee and maintain records for the store footprint and card fixtures. • Provide analytical support in cost negotiations with Wholesale partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience working in operations or supply chain (academic experience considered). • Experienced in demand planning and inventory management. • Detail- and process-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Analytically minded with the ability to leverage large sets of data to deliver actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Proactive and results-focused, with the ability to learn quickly and prioritize effectively. • Creative problem solver focused on product quality and operational excellence.
