📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled and unannounced quality checks on data center projects • Document findings and track corrective actions to closure • Lead and participate in site walks with project stakeholders • Provide surge installation support during critical phases, schedule recovery, or cutover • Coordinate onsite subcontractors and verify scope, workmanship, manpower, and safety compliance • Help Field Foremen sequence work and remove roadblocks • Troubleshoot complex installation, integration, and commissioning issues • Enforce company and customer site requirements, including access protocols, badging, MOP requirements, and live-environment procedures • Identify and share recurring issues and best practices across sites • Coach and mentor Field Foremen and technicians • Provide site reports on quality, progress, risks, and resource needs • Perform other job-related duties as assigned • Travel approximately 80% to data center project sites, including overnight and multi-week stays

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 7+ years of experience in security system installation • At least 3 years leading field teams or managing subcontractors • Data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred • In-depth knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and network integration • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, submittals, and scopes of work • Strong communication skills and ability to hold subcontractors accountable • Working knowledge of jobsite safety practices; OSHA 30 preferred • Multiple access control certifications and/or a master’s license preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile field reporting tools • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to meet customer background check and site access requirements • Able to safely work at heights on ladders and aerial lifts • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. • Comfortable standing and walking for long periods and completing overhead work • Must be able to travel by car and air and meet company driving standards • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or off-shifts
