📋 Description
• Assist in planning and scheduling security project tasks, timelines, and milestones • Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing project documents and tracking progress • Coordinate with project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope • Maintain records of project activities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and project team members • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for the project team • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Typically 1–2 years of administrative or project support experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Basic knowledge of project management tools and methods • Ability to work in a team and follow structured processes • Creativity, positive attitude, and a sense of humor
