📋 Description

• Make back-to-back pre-registration calls shortly before doctor visits • Confirm patient identity, current location, consents, visit reason, recent hospital stays, medications, insurance, home address, and primary care doctor • Send video links and guide patients through joining video visits • Arrange phone visits when video is unavailable • Interpret live medical visits between English and Spanish • Reschedule missed visits and fill freed slots from the cancellation list • Document every conversation in the platform • Flag urgent needs to the care team

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish, able to run a patient call in either language and interpret a live medical conversation accurately • Full-time availability, Monday–Friday • One of: an active LPN/LVN license or CHW certification, a medical-interpreter qualification, or 2+ years speaking directly with patients or health-plan members • Located in the United States • Working knowledge of Medicare: Original Medicare vs. Medicare Advantage, Part B, and supplemental plans • Comfort with a tight calendar of video calls, measured on visits completed rather than calls made • Reliable computer and internet connection • Quiet, private space for patient calls and protected health information • Medical interpreting experience or certification (preferred) • Experience in telehealth, patient access, or a healthcare call center (preferred)
