📋 Description

• Work closely with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to align on goals, gather and refine requirements, and ensure seamless execution • Evaluate technical approaches, discuss tradeoffs, and recommend optimal solutions for complex challenges • Develop and refine full-stack services, applications, and tools using Ruby on Rails and React • Optimize implementation performance and scalability • Partner with product managers and technical experts to define, develop, and roll out new features • Develop and integrate back-end and front-end components • Ensure seamless interaction between Ruby on Rails services and React applications • Identify process enhancements and incorporate stakeholder feedback • Implement best practices to improve system efficiency and team productivity • Develop high-performing solutions for a patented product that creates interactive 3D models from smartphone camera images

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying web applications • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Experience building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs • Ability to design efficient, scalable, and secure interfaces • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Proficiency in cloud-based environments such as AWS and Google Cloud • Experience building scalable applications supporting complex workflows • Experience building and growing products from initial launch through maturity • Technical leadership experience taking features from concept through planning, development, testing, and delivery • Team leadership experience guiding engineers • Experience working in an engineering-driven organization • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Design, Analytics, and Legal • React Native mobile experience is nice to have
