📋 Description

• Own full-cycle hiring across a rotating portfolio of technical and non-technical roles • Manage approximately 6-10 open requisitions at a time across credit, data science, analytics, product and platform management, and corporate functions • Proactively source candidates for every search • Create hiring plans, scorecards, panel recommendations, and interviewer briefs • Calibrate interview processes and coach hiring managers and panelists toward consistent, unbiased candidate evaluation • Develop offer strategy and negotiate terms in partnership with Finance, HRBPs, and Total Rewards • Maintain pipeline and candidate data integrity across Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter • Provide market and talent-availability insights to shape role scope and prioritization • Report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with some experience in-house rather than at an agency • Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand hiring goals and deliver qualified candidates • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, or comparable ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms • Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year for in-person collaboration • Credit industry experience or recruiting for credit analyst roles (preferred) • Experience recruiting for data science and machine learning roles (preferred) • Experience in a fast-changing, high-growth environment (preferred) • Recruiting experience at a company of comparable size and growth stage to Mission Lane (preferred) • Mission Lane is not sponsoring new applicant employment authorization
