📋 Description

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value clients • Enhance customer data quality and overall technology stack integration • Align with pre-sales teams and consult with prospects and clients to define business goals and metrics • Engage with engineering, product management, and marketing teams on technical onboarding and Mixpanel deployment optimization • Deliver technical services including data architecture consultations, adoption, and change management • Create scalable data governance practices and improve data trust through data optimization and re-implementation projects • Execute deliverables while balancing project timelines, scope creep, and unanticipated issues • Collaborate with technical and solutions partners on data optimization and onboarding projects • Sponsor internal engagements with Mixpanel product and engineering teams to prioritize client-driven product and systems tasks • Build AI automations to help customers manage data at scale • Consult with customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable with data querying, modeling, and transforming in at least one core tool, including SQL / dbt / Python / Business Intelligence tools / Product Analytics tools • Familiar with databases and cloud data warehouses like Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Azure • Familiar with product analytics implementation methods like SDKs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Event Streaming, Reverse ETL • Familiar with analytics best practices across business segments and verticals • Ability to manage complex projects with assorted client stakeholders across teams and departments while managing scope and timelines • Experience embedding AI into workflows • Familiarity with MCP servers, building new skills, and setting context • Ability to consult with customers about AI/data strategy • Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management • Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills • Strong process and/or project delivery discipline • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving customer needs
