📋 Description

• Focus on activities within the Business Insurance line of business on the National AMS team • Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives • Create standardized workflows across MMA National using the technology toolkit • Support configuration of the agency management system • Document processes and procedures • Design reporting outputs • Create client deliverables • Lead training efforts • Work remotely with some required travel • Perform occasional weekend work surrounding scheduled migrations

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business with 3+ years of experience in Business Insurance in a client facing or business process role • Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience with process improvement and deploying best practices • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously • Demonstrated successful follow through on deliverables • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future • Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic • Experience working with a client relationship (CRM) system such as Salesforce is a plus, but not required • Experience creating and maintaining procedure documentation is a plus, but not required
