📋 Description

• Perform key defined benefit implementation functions • Contribute to requirements, testing, documentation, and technical specifications • Identify and resolve issues that could affect delivery quality • Meet assigned deadlines and support modifications based on client requirements • Manage deliverables according to the project plan • Participate in internal status calls • Participate in external/client status calls • Facilitate internal and external workshops covering data, plan provisions, communications, and trustee processing • Train the Delivery team • Use AI and technology-enabled tools in the work environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of defined benefit administration or implementation experience • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong written communication skills • Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify and resolve issues affecting accuracy of technical specifications • Exceptional Excel and Access skills • Testing experience, including developing and executing test plans • Ability to articulate why you are a good fit for the position
