📋 Description

• Analyze operational, financial, and business data to support staffing, capacity, resource planning, and strategic decision-making • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and capacity gaps • Develop forecasts and analytical models for current and future workforce needs • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations • Communicate findings to senior leadership through presentations and storytelling • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations using Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools • Partner with Business Intelligence teams and cross-functional stakeholders on reporting and analytical needs • Support budgeting and financial planning by evaluating staffing requirements and forecasting workforce costs • Assess workforce impacts of onboarding new business groups, functions, or strategic initiatives • Align workforce plans with organizational goals • Exercise independent judgment in significant matters and contribute to strategic planning and problem-solving • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance • Work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience • Experience analyzing and interpreting large or complex data sets to drive business decisions • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Experience with workforce management, capacity planning, staffing models, or operational forecasting • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights • Ability to communicate findings through storytelling and executive-level presentations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Tableau and other reporting, Business Intelligence, or data visualization tools • Strong organizational and project planning skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Background in finance, financial analysis, or related functions preferred • Experience partnering with Business Intelligence teams preferred • Experience supporting complex workforce, operational, or strategic planning initiatives preferred • Bachelor's Degree preferred; coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may also be considered • Must be able to work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary
