📋 Description

• Manage a large library of PDF forms and associated business rules • Program data-mapping logic into the forms catalog using XSL/XML • Serve as Tier One Support for form and data-mapping updates, issues, and questions • Manage incoming form and data-mapping support and update requests • Resolve form and data-mapping problems by clarifying customer needs, diagnosing causes, and explaining solutions • Troubleshoot and support end users via phone and remote screen sharing • Escalate questions and problems to the appropriate SuranceBay team members • Provide timely feedback regarding form and data-mapping failures or customer concerns • Work effectively within a small team

🎯 Requirements

• Insurance industry experience within Licensing and Contracting • Ability to read and write XSL/XML code • Ability to interpret complex business rules and logic and apply them to forms code • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Proven customer support experience • Strong phone and email contact-handling skills • Ability to adapt to changing work situations • Quiet home workspace with fast, reliable internet • Insurance Licensing and Contracting experience, preferably within a Brokerage General Agency working with multiple insurance carriers • XML/XSL coding experience highly preferred, or proven ability to learn any coding language
