📋 Description

• Provide delivery support and administration to Delivery Leads and project teams • Maintain project portfolio data, including resource profiles, in the Enterprise PPM tool • Build and manage dashboards and reports highlighting portfolio progress, resource utilization, and upcoming initiatives • Maintain delivery tooling and templates, including Smartsheet and ADO Boards • Keep schedules, milestones, owners, and dates current • Compile and distribute status updates, dashboards, and meeting materials • Capture actions, decisions, and follow-ups • Maintain consolidated RAID logs and support mitigation-task follow-through • Coordinate meetings, workshops, release/cutover checklists, and training logistics • Support basic financial and vendor tracking, including timesheets, invoice readiness, and milestone evidence • Assist with runbooks, release notes inputs, and operational readiness documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, PMO, or a related role (or equivalent experience) • Able to work independently with minimal supervision on moderately complex coordination tasks, escalating issues early and proposing practical solutions • Experience with a project portfolio management tool; Planview Portfolio or a similar tool preferred • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and delivery tools; able to learn new systems quickly • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including meeting coordination and notes/action tracking • Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery concepts, or strong interest in learning • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience building simple dashboards or reports, such as Power BI, is a plus but not required • Background in IT or Technology environments is a plus but not required • Working knowledge of financial tracking or forecasting concepts is a plus but not required
