📋 Description

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and system errors • Provide day-to-day technical support to EHR end-users • Guide junior analysts and build team capability • Lead routine maintenance, software updates, patches, and upgrades • Coordinate testing and validation for system changes and enhancements • Participate in on-call rotations and lead after-hours coverage for complex issues • Lead EHR system optimization efforts and workflow assessments • Develop optimization requests through governance and change-management channels • Apply cross-application integration knowledge to ensure cohesive system performance • Own work streams within EHR implementations, upgrades, and other initiatives • Coordinate task assignments, track progress, and communicate project status • Manage EHR vendor support relationships and evaluate release notes • Coordinate with IT, clinicians, administrators, and vendors • Maintain system configuration, process, and procedure documentation • Establish knowledge-sharing practices • Train and mentor junior analysts and end-users • Handle protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational privacy and security policies • Complete compliance training and model information-security best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two (2) to five (5) years of experience as an EHR Application Analyst, Health IT Analyst, Epic Analyst, or in a related healthcare information systems role • Current Epic Certification • Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and within teams • Ability to solve complex problems and translate customer needs into system solutions • Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, workflows, and terminology • Cross-application integration knowledge • Proficient in Microsoft 365 or equivalent productivity tools • Degree in Computer Science, healthcare, or a related field (preferred qualification)
