📋 Description

• Mentor and lead General Managers across various locations • Oversee the daily development of the Mo' Bettahs brand • Serve as the contact for business operations within the district • Ensure team growth and development, particularly in deployment, team building, and strategic people development • Handle day-to-day district operations • Build and execute a strategic plan to deliver same-store sales growth • Improve the guest experience • Instill a culture of positivity and growth • Report directly to the Director of Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience • At least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team • Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader • Enthusiastic, positive, and driven • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Adaptable to new processes and systems • Ability to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly • Ability to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel • May be required to work outside in various weather conditions • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods • Ability to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes • Must function effectively in a fast-paced working environment • Must report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state • Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform essential job functions
