📋 Description

• Lead the execution of the brand daily • Be competent in all FOH and BOH positions • Maintain restaurant cleanliness across FOH and BOH • Drive same-store sales growth • Manage line speed using transaction times • Serve as primary point of contact for customer service matters and oversee customer reviews • Execute quality food according to proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahs standards • Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with the Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer • Review weekly employee schedules • Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, online ordering, inventory, and related tasks • Maintain thorough knowledge of the Mo’ Bettahs culture • Follow and enforce company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security • Maintain a neat and clean appearance • Ensure employees follow policies and procedures in the employee handbook • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age • High school diploma or GED • Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management • Proven track record of successfully promoting team members • Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team • Ability to make difficult personnel decisions • Live by and possess the Mo' Bettahs Values • Exemplifies the aloha spirit with our customers, team members, and vendors • Exceptional attention to detail • Collaborative, growth mindset and partnership oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication • Able to motivate and lead staff • Willingness to obtain trainings and obtain certifications as needed • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner • Valid driver’s license • Regular and predictable attendance • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc.) • Ability to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly • Ability to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; bend, stoop and kneel • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions when required • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods • Ability to drive or travel for business purposes when required • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment • Must report to work responsive and free from sedatives; must disclose medications that may impair job performance
