Modern Recovery Services is an online mental health and addiction treatment provider that delivers virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and therapy for adults and teens. The company offers individual and group therapy, online family sessions, medication consultations, recovery coaching, case management, academic/vocational support, and aftercare. 📋 Description

• Support individuals recovering from substance use disorder and/or co-occurring disorders • Serve as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator to help prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Group Facilitator to meet clients’ treatment-plan needs • Provide individual sessions to clients requiring these services • Provide recovery education throughout all phases of the recovery journey • Help recovering persons identify interests, goals, strengths, and weaknesses regarding recovery • Coach recovering persons in developing plans to advance their recovery • Facilitate transitions from professional services to community-based services • Promote self-advocacy and center clients’ needs, goals, and objectives in rehabilitation and clinical services • Identify and support linkages to community, educational, vocational, social, cultural, spiritual, mutual self-help, and professional resources • Encourage participation in community-based activities • Develop relationships with community groups and agencies • Identify barriers to community-resource participation and develop strategies to overcome them • Provide teletherapy services including evaluation, assessment, consultation, treatment planning, case management, coaching, individual therapy, couple/family therapy, and group therapy

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Addictions, or related field of study from an accredited college or university • Licensed in the state of Arizona as LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LASAC, or LISAC • Must be 21 years of age (licensing requirement) • Must be able to provide Level 1 fingerprint clearance card • Working knowledge of the drug and alcohol treatment system • Demonstrated commitment to the recovery community • Comfortable working with both adolescent and adult populations • Ability to provide services via video conferencing/teletherapy • Full-time availability with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
