📋 Description

• Adapt existing math curricula to fit the MCP model • Support standards work for state math standards, including reviewing content • Review and provide feedback on curriculum and standards resources with a high level of attention to detail • Prepare and distribute high-quality curricular resources across multiple platforms, including Google Drive • Draft materials with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and review AI-generated content for accuracy and standards alignment • Collaborate with the Success, Partnership, and Research teams to ensure excellent materials for math educators • Manage additional math-related projects as needed • Support the design, creation, and improvement of classroom-ready materials that help teachers meet their learners’ needs • Report to the Director of Customized Curriculum Solutions on the Content Production team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Thorough knowledge of math curriculum (e.g., Savvas, Illustrative Mathematics, Bluebonnet) and pedagogy at the secondary level • Comfort reading and unpacking state math standards and translating them into teacher-friendly language • Experience teaching secondary (grades 6-12) math in a traditional classroom setting (Modern Classroom implementation preferred) • Experience developing curriculum-related materials in a full-time or contract-based capacity • Experience using AI in workflows, using a critical eye to review AI-generated work • Demonstrated exceptional communication and collaboration abilities • Comfort with remote work in a dynamic, start-up environment • General knowledge of Google Suite tools, especially Google Slides & Google Sheets • Self-starter who can work independently and think on their feet • Passionate about making the world a better place, particularly through education • U.S.-based work eligibility
