📋 Description

• Ensures complete and accurate client account records. • Provides support to case managers, agency representatives, clients, and internal team partners. • Collaborates with case managers and agencies to facilitate enrollment of new members and update member accounts. • Responds to incoming phone calls from case managers, agency representatives, and other authorizers. • Maintains communication with agencies, case managers, and authorizers to verify and obtain updated information. • Manages assigned tickets related to referrals, authorizations, disconnects, holds, transfers, service jobs, and other tasks. • Processes work-queue tasks to facilitate accurate transfer or disconnection of client services for billing. • Updates authorizations for accurate billing and contacts case managers and agencies for corrected authorizations. • Enters referrals for new members on the same day received. • Sends notifications regarding potential and completed service disconnects. • Documents communications in the document management system. • Addresses record issues and related reports. • Fosters communication through email, phone calls, and internal system notes and messages. • Adheres to data protection requirements and uses client data solely for account and claims management. • Follows organizational and Case Manager Support team policies, procedures, job aids, reference materials, and training. • Achieves individual, team, and department productivity and quality goals. • Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required. • Zero (0) plus years of experience. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Basic computer skills with a comfort in utilizing electronic files and saving documents. • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and complete tasks within specified periods. • Strong team-oriented mindset coupled with a positive and cooperative attitude. • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, displaying adept multitasking abilities. • Customer service skills at an entry level, demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent service. • Attention to detail in task execution and communication. • Primarily seated work; extensive computer and telephone use; occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
