📋 Description

• Own daily execution and operational health of the Provado network, including fulfillment KPIs, service reliability, and trip volume targets • Lead performance improvement initiatives that reduce cost per trip while improving member experience and on-time performance • Collaborate with Local Operations to optimize scheduling, dispatch, and regional utilization of Provado assets • Develop standardized operating procedures for Provado market launches, implementations, and expansions • Serve as primary liaison between Modivcare and Provado vendor partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and performance metrics • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement on contracting, renewals, and vendor negotiations • Coordinate with Product and Tech on Provado integration and the multimodal technology roadmap • Work with Finance and Analytics to track cost drivers, efficiency trends, and forecast capacity needs • Collaborate with Product and Member Care to enhance digital visibility, performance reporting, and feedback loops • Support client and market-level presentations as an operational subject matter expert • Lead a small team of operational managers or analysts • Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members and future operational leaders • Maintain awareness of the NEMT vendor landscape and logistics operations best practices • Represent Modivcare at relevant conferences, councils, or industry events • Oversee licensure, insurance, and compliance functions • Ensure operational frameworks meet or exceed regulatory requirements while maintaining scalable, efficient processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred • Ten (10) plus years experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Operations Leadership • Five (5) plus years leadership responsibility • Experience with P&L management, forecasting, and contract compliance • Advanced Healthcare and Transportation industry experience a plus • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
