📋 Description

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software functionality and performance across platforms • Collaborate with software developers to identify and resolve defects and issues • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing • Review and analyze system specifications and documentation for testability and alignment with business requirements • Execute manual or automated test cases and analyze results • Identify, record, and track software bugs and defects • Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved • Create and maintain test documentation and test reports • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements • Stay current with testing tools and best practices • Coordinate with geographically distributed teams • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required • Three (3) plus years of experience • Proven work experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test or similar role • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, including Playwright, Appium, JUnit, Cucumber, and BDD • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes • Experience with mobile, API, and database testing is a plus • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience accepted • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or TypeScript • Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to meet the stated physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available
