📋 Description

• Define integration strategies and manage project execution across the organization. • Lead and mentor integration specialists, engineers, and analysts. • Collaborate with IT, engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives. • Develop and maintain an integration roadmap with milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. • Oversee selection and implementation of integration tools, platforms, and technologies. • Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Monitor project performance and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies. • Maintain relationships with technology vendors, partners, and external stakeholders. • Report to senior management on project progress, budget, and resource utilization. • Track emerging integration trends and recommend continuous improvements. • Determine staffing and resources; define annual KPIs aligned with corporate goals. • Direct and mentor leaders on performance, career development, onboarding, succession planning, employee relations, and people management. • Own employee satisfaction and retention initiatives. • Lead change management initiatives across functions. • Prepare and manage budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions. • Lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Eight (8) plus years experience in software integration, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex integration initiatives. • Three (3) plus years leadership responsibility with strong team management skills and the ability to motivate and develop others. • Deep understanding of integration technologies, protocols, and standards, including APIs, ETL, messaging queues, and middleware. • Strong understanding of healthcare, specifically Medicaid and Medicare Advantage environments, and the ability to navigate healthcare strategy and tools. • Solid project management skills, including Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Asana. • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business value. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical or detailed information into clear messages for technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority. • Ability to identify the impact of change to clients, members, and teammates and define appropriate readiness needs. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and collaborative with the ability to work across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality, integrity, and appropriate judgment. • Experience working in regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, is a plus. • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
