📋 Description

• Define and drive the organization's enterprise brand reputation, AI-augmented media strategy, multi-channel communications architecture, and external communications • Architect and execute a global PR, executive communications, and corporate reputation strategy aligned with revenue and market positioning goals • Advise the CMO, C-suite, and board on crisis management, enterprise positioning, media relations, and industry narratives • Lead corporate crisis communications and dynamic response protocols using real-time media monitoring and predictive risk management models • Lead Analyst Relations programs with key industry analysts including KLAS, Frost & Sullivan, and Forrester • Select and manage a top-tier PR agency and develop differentiated PR strategies • Integrate AI tools and data analytics into journalist outreach, press release optimization, sentiment analysis, and trend forecasting • Direct agency partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver media placements across digital, broadcast, and print channels • Oversee executive thought leadership programs, keynote opportunities, podcast features, and strategic panel seats • Drive employee advocacy, social selling, and executive LinkedIn strategies using AI-assisted content engines • Integrate PR initiatives with SEO, digital content, evaluation portals, and web properties • Define and execute corporate social media strategy across LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook • Build unified communications strategy, employee engagement programs, and global culture with the internal enterprise communications team • Direct global customer reference and success story programs • Oversee the annual customer HERO awards program • Manage the global PR and Communications budget • Establish modern PR metrics including attribution modeling, share of voice, domain authority impact, brand sentiment, and full-funnel conversion metrics • Manage six internal employees and partnerships with several external agencies

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in PR, corporate communications, and brand reputation management • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related business field • High-growth B2B, healthcare, or enterprise technology industry background required • Proven track record operating at a Director or Senior Director level for global or multi-market organizations • Strong command of modern PR and Marketing technology stacks, including Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprout Social, ChatGPT/Enterprise AI prompt tools, SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, Cision, and BuzzSumo • Expertise in crisis communication, risk mitigation, and rapid-response media operations • Experience architecting data-backed social selling, thought leadership, and employee advocacy frameworks supporting commercial growth • Executive presence and experience pitching to, coaching, and representing C-suite leadership • Financial acumen and experience managing seven-figure PR budgets and multi-agency partner networks • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
