📋 Description

• Provide inbound phone support to customers during times when insurance agents are unavailable to take calls • Ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience. • Work 10 hours per week minimum, may extend to 15 hours based on team size/project needs. 5 hours must be self-scheduled on Friday and / or Saturday

🎯 Requirements

• Previous data entry experience • Experience providing high-volume phone support • Typing speed of 45+ WPM • Strong multitasking and time-management skills • A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported for this opportunity) • Willingness to install ModSquad security software on both your computer and mobile device • Willingness to install AWS tools on your computer • Access to a smartphone capable of taking photos and installing apps • Stable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher • 8 GB RAM or greater • Dual monitors highly recommended
