📋 Description

• Lead the design of complex, multi-system solutions • Partner with the sales team on technically complex opportunities • Set standards for how the Solutions Engineering team approaches implementation • Provide architectural guidance to Solutions Engineers and Specialists • Design AI and agentic workflow architectures for clients • Research and evaluate new platform capabilities, integration approaches, and AI tooling • Create architectural documentation, decision frameworks, and design patterns • Serve as a subject matter expert on system design and implementation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in solution design, system architecture, or technical consulting • Deep expertise in at least one core platform in our partner ecosystem (Zendesk, Zoom CX, Workato, Observe.ai) • Meaningful experience designing AI-powered systems • Fluency with APIs, JSON, and integration architecture • Strong pre-sales instincts • An ability to mentor and elevate teammates • Communication skills that match your technical depth • Deep understanding of how AI can improve business processes and CX environments
