• Provide ongoing contact center and virtual support to patients prescribed complex neurological therapies • Deliver personalized, high-touch telephonic support through inbound and outbound calls, virtual calls, email, chat, and text • Provide individualized treatment and therapy instruction and education • Connect patients with additional resources and partner with Field Nurse Educators, HUB/C ertified Pharmacy, and other stakeholders • Build trust-based relationships with patients and caregivers using empathy and emotional intelligence • Communicate complex information effectively and empathetically • Complete patient engagements accurately according to provided criteria • Identify adherence barriers using a motivational interviewing model • Coach patient initiation and support processes to encourage starting and staying on therapy • Collaborate within a POD structure to identify gaps, barriers, and process and patient-experience improvements • Partner with patients, brand, and operational teams to ensure program success • Provide managers with patient feedback and product, patient, and industry insights • Report adverse events and product quality complaints according to MLS and client policy • Ensure all activities comply with MLS, client, and industry rules and regulations
• Associate’s degree in nursing with patient education experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience working for (or contracting with) a pharmaceutical company within a call center environment • Current, unrestricted RN or NP license • Background in neurological conditions and/or rare disease • Strong clinical skills and experience with medication compliance, specialty pharmacy knowledge, and motivational interviewing • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with numerous cross-functional partners/key stakeholders • High emotional intelligence and ability to exhibit empathy • Ability to communicate clearly about complex information in a way that resonates with patients • Competency independently navigating technology using multiple platforms, computer screens, and technical components, including virtual engagement platforms, telephony systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Suite • Advanced written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work through ambiguity • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to maintain cases and complete calls on time • Ability to maintain compliant conversations and documentation in a high-volume role • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality using a headset and maintaining a private, distraction-free home office environment • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English • Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak), with or without reasonable accommodations
