📋 Description

• Assist in developing and facilitating new-hire and ongoing training for the Momentum Life Sciences Nurse Educator team • Support implementation of Momentum and client training content and initiatives • Ensure new-hire readiness, certification, and ongoing development through onboarding, field observation, assessments, and customized development plans • Serve as subject matter expert on products, programs, disease states, patient and HCP engagements, systems, and processes • Serve as primary contact for new hires during training and their first 90 days, including daily check-ins • Track completion of required trainings and certifications and monitor new-hire engagement • Manage training agendas, curricula, annual training plans, content, and knowledge-management updates • Review, validate, update, and deliver client training content, including disease-state, compliance, and injection-related updates • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops focused on injection training, processes, compliance, cultural competence, and new initiatives • Administer program-content and medication certifications • Conduct field ride-alongs, internal calibrations, quality audits, and continuous-improvement activities • Participate in project initiatives, system testing, and requirements gathering • Troubleshoot IT and systems-related issues and collect team feedback • Collaborate with managers, MLS training, client partners, L&D teams, Program Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders • Attend leadership, sales, mid-year, and POA meetings and industry and advocacy events • Observe Nurse Educator and Matrix team interactions and maintain alignment with client L&D teams

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license with 3+ years of clinical experience • Previous experience in a clinical leadership and/or training role in the pharmaceutical industry • Experience in developing training materials • Experience using multiple software applications within a multiple-screen environment, including Microsoft products • Ability to utilize reporting and data to develop training plans and coach appropriate behaviors • Ability to lead, train, onboard, mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members • Effective communication style with a history of success in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and other programs essential to the role • Experience being held accountable to metrics and maintaining a high standard of work in a real-time interactive environment • Must read, write, and communicate fluently in English • Up to 50% travel required
