📋 Description

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Ridgeline's technical implementation methodology, including API integrations, ETL workflows, data migrations, and system-to-system connectivity • Partner with Product Management to translate new product capabilities and customer feedback into scalable implementation standards and best practices • Define, document, and continuously improve standardized implementation methodologies for technical integration workstreams across customer engagements • Build and maintain a delivery assurance framework ensuring partner-led implementations meet Ridgeline's quality standards • Enable and support third-party consulting partners through onboarding, training, office hours, documentation, and structured shadowing • Develop and own technical learning paths and curriculum for Ridgeline Academy • Provide strategic guidance for complex customer implementations and technical design decisions • Collaborate with consulting teams, sales teams, and implementation partners to design scalable integration solutions for investment management organizations • Identify implementation inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and lead change management efforts • Capture implementation and partner feedback to influence product enhancements, tooling, and delivery methodologies • Build scalable partner enablement frameworks to reduce partner ramp time • Share knowledge, mentor consultants, and promote ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship • 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions with a strong emphasis on technical integrations • Experience implementing B2B software, ideally within the investment management or financial services industry • Deep understanding of API-based integrations, ETL concepts, system-to-system integrations, and enterprise integration architectures • Working knowledge of Python or Java used within implementation or integration environments • Experience building, standardizing, or improving implementation methodologies across multiple customer engagements • Demonstrated experience enabling, mentoring, onboarding, or training consultants, partners, or customer-facing teams • Ability to influence and drive adoption of new implementation standards without direct management authority • Strong consulting presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience partnering with Product Management to influence product direction through implementation insights and customer feedback • Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for continuously improving implementation quality and operational efficiency • Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in a business domain • An aptitude for problem solving and clear communication in fast-paced environments • Serious interest in having fun at work • Bonus: Experience implementing investment management platforms or front-, middle-, and back-office investment workflows • Bonus: Familiarity with vendors and integration patterns commonly used within the investment management industry • Bonus: Experience with REST APIs, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar enterprise integration platforms • Bonus: Experience building learning programs, certification content, or enablement curriculum • Bonus: Experience leading partner enablement or consulting partner ecosystems • Bonus: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and Slack
