📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and execution excellence • Provide hands-on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory • Deliver strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz standards • Complete daily store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards • Capture display photos and document execution through DMI and Salesforce • Implement promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans • Follow schedules and daily priorities set by the District Manager or RTM • Support new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events • Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership • Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers • Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management advancement • Follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while driving across the territory

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age • Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred • 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred • Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team • Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends • Ability to travel across assigned markets • Ability to perform physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling • Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution • Confident using mobile tools and applications, DMI, and Salesforce • Ability to follow schedules, document execution, capture display photos, and complete coverage tasks accurately • Ability to adapt to coverage needs, seasonal priorities, and unexpected store challenges • Time and task management skills • Physical readiness for frequent lifting, bending, and moving product • Ability to reinforce foundational skills and support onboarding of Merchandisers and Order Writers • Ability to follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies
