📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory • Serve as a trusted field partner by delivering customer service to store teams and reinforcing Mondelēz standards • Complete daily store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards • Capture display photos and document execution through DMI and Salesforce • Implement promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans • Follow schedules and daily priorities set by the District Manager or RTM • Assist with seasonal transitions, new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events • Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership • Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers • Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management advancement • Follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while lifting, bending, and moving product

🎯 Requirements

• At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides • High School Diploma or GED required • 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred • Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends • Ability to travel across assigned markets • Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs. • Ability to push and pull product • Skilled in Merchandiser and Order Writer coverage and execution • Familiarity with product rotation, shelf standards, and display execution • Confidence using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules, document execution, capture display photos, and complete coverage tasks • Ability to manage time, tasks, store visits, and coverage assignments • Ability to follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies
