📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory • Deliver customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz standards and expectations • Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards • Capture display photos and document execution through DMI and Salesforce • Implement promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans • Follow schedules and daily priorities set by the District Manager or RTM • Support new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events • Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership • Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers • Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management advancement • Lift, bend, and move product while following safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies • Travel across assigned markets and provide coverage for staffing gaps

🎯 Requirements

• At least 18 years of age • Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides • High School Diploma or GED required • College degree preferred • 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred • Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends • Ability to travel across assigned markets • Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs. • Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles • Ability to maintain shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution • Confidence using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules and document execution • Adaptability in responding to coverage needs, seasonal priorities, and store challenges • Time and task management across multiple locations • Ability to reinforce foundational skills and support onboarding
