📋 Description

• Develop and support the digital money transfer product strategy for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention • Scale smarter, faster, and safer digital money transfer experiences across markets and surfaces • Support development and delivery of a customer-insight-, metrics-, and performance-driven product roadmap • Design, run, and measure experiments to improve money transfer flows by segment, use case, and market • Own product performance metrics, including end-to-end conversion, retention, and engagement by geography and customer segment • Support cross-surface orchestration across web, app, CRM, and agent channels • Enable safe and fast deployment through internal tools • Coordinate with product, engineering, analytics, design, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Develop MoneyGram Online’s web and app foundation while enabling new experiments, features, and services

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in engineering, analytics and/or product, ideally focused on remittances, money movement or consumer fintech products • Proven success in launching new solutions, optimizing customer-facing experiences, and experimenting with cross-functional partners • Strong analytical skills; ability to work across messy data and proxy signals • Experience working on systems with high compliance, operational, or fraud considerations • Comfort with ambiguous problem spaces and ability to move from zero-to-one with clarity and momentum • Ability to zoom in and out from customer experience details to long-term roadmap vision • Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations • Ability to connect customer insights, business needs, and technical feasibility • Ability to drive measurable outcomes while building long-term product and platform foundations • Ability to balance speed with thoughtfulness, knowing when to test versus scale
