📋 Description

• Lead operational analytics, insights, and reporting across Business Operations • Own monthly and recurring business performance reporting, including KPIs, trends, insights, risks, and opportunities • Develop and evolve KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance and create accountability against business goals • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations • Identify trends, root causes, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve customer experience, productivity, service, and cost • Conduct deeper analysis to understand why performance occurred and recommend next actions • Partner with Operations leaders to understand business processes and priorities • Connect and analyze data across multiple systems and sources • Identify data and reporting gaps or inconsistencies and improve data quality, definitions, and reliability • Improve reporting efficiency and scalability through automation, standardization, and improved analytics tools and processes • Support performance management routines and progress measurement • Partner across Operations, Technology, Product, Finance, and other functions • Build and develop a high-performing analytics team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in analytics, operations, business intelligence, reporting, or related functions, including leadership experience • Strong experience in operational analytics and performance reporting • Experience developing and managing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring business performance reporting • Experience working across BI/reporting platforms, case management tools, CRM systems, and other operational data sources • Ability to extract, validate, reconcile, and connect data accurately across systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including identifying trends, anomalies, root causes, and relationships within data • Proactive and curious mindset with willingness to learn business processes, ask questions, challenge assumptions, and independently seek data and context • Ability to tell the story behind data and recommend where action is needed • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity • Strong business acumen connecting operational metrics to customer experience, productivity, service, revenue, and cost • Experience with process improvement and reporting automation • Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and in an executive-friendly manner • Experience building and developing high-performing analytics teams and partnering effectively across functions • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
