📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers • Handle questions, accounts, requests, or transactions • Coordinate roadside/service assistance • Provide scheduling or reservation support • Accurately document interactions • Navigate multiple systems • Provide professional, solution-focused support • Support nationally recognized companies through selected remote client programs

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Basic computer and typing proficiency • Ability to navigate multiple applications • Professional, dependable, and self-directed work habits • Ability to work independently • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Reliable high-speed internet • Compatible Windows 11 computer and additional equipment may be required before servicing, depending on the selected client program • Background checks or additional requirements may apply • Eligibility varies by state, client, equipment, and program
