📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions across sales, service, customer, and operational workflows • Implement functionality using Salesforce configuration, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and platform automation • Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions • Participate in technical design reviews, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support • Troubleshoot and resolve automation, integration, data integrity, and system performance issues • Create and maintain technical documentation • Support UAT and regression testing and assist with user enablement • Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, internal security standards, FedRAMP, and other regulatory requirements • Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce features using declarative and programmatic solutions • Implement least-privilege access and auditability • Maintain code quality, test coverage, and modular design • Identify and remediate performance issues and technical debt • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to shared engineering standards and best practices • Leverage AI-powered development tools while adhering to security and compliance guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to federal compliance obligations • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs • Experience designing and supporting complex Salesforce automation and business workflows • Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Salesforce release management • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, and implementation best practices • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification required
