📋 Description

• Lead multiple high-priority projects, align timelines, and develop and communicate product roadmaps • Craft clear updates, synthesize complexity, and present effectively to different levels of the organization • Build and own centralized reporting mechanisms to provide stakeholders and sponsors with timely visibility • Collaborate with executives, leadership teams, and steering committees to align strategic initiatives with the prioritized book of work • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria with key stakeholders • Monitor project performance and adjust plans to stay on track • Ensure dashboard usability, consistency, and alignment with organizational reporting standards • Plan, identify, and manage resource capacity for successful project delivery • Lead and inspire project teams, provide strategic direction, and drive program success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field • Minimum of seven (7) years of project and/or program management experience • Experience driving operational efficiencies and managing roadmaps and processes • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication, and presentation skills • Extensive knowledge and expertise using project management tools, including Azure DevOps (ADO) and MS PowerPoint • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing momentum • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience in healthcare, analytics engineering, SQL, and PowerBI development preferred
