📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and tracking of strategic supply chain projects, including distribution center builds, operational go-lives, warehouse automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk registers, and governance structures • Ensure stakeholders complete deliverables on time and escalate risks when needed • Partner with business leaders, project sponsors, and Operating Companies to create alignment and visibility across initiatives • Support and enhance project management methodologies, playbooks, and governance processes • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive updates • Track project health, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness activities • Support implementation planning, operational readiness, training coordination, and post-go-live reviews • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience leading large, complex projects • Experience managing supply chain, logistics, distribution, operations, or warehouse-related initiatives • Proven ability to lead projects through implementation and go-live activities • Strong project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management skills • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates, drive accountability, and engage stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience • PMP certification or other formal project management credentials preferred • Experience supporting distribution center builds, facility launches, warehouse automation, or supply chain transformations preferred • Experience working within structured PMO environments and applying project management methodologies preferred • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, stage-gate, or other formal project frameworks preferred • Experience with project portfolio management and executive reporting preferred
