• Establish and maintain successful customer and community relationships • Conduct key customer service visits from pre-construction to close-out • Preview proposals and participate in Request for Proposal process • Act as primary customer contact for assigned projects • Support business development initiatives and maintain customer relationships • Provide oversight and accountability for large projects • Manage contract administration, including terms, change requests, and invoices • Maintain project budgets, costs, and pricing for profitable delivery • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for project team
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field • Minimum 12 years prior experience in construction management overseeing large projects ($20M+) • Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, complex projects • Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks • Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices • Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level. • Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills • Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusive Behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans and their intended use • Ability to travel up 50-75% • Current driver’s license
