📋 Description

• Manage a team of up to 10 senior processors handling purchase and refinance business • Coach, train, and oversee quality control and ongoing team development • Run weekly one-on-ones, team meetings, and department calls • Manage timekeeping, attendance, and overtime • Assign files across the team and monitor turn times against SLA • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with branch partners • Handle underwriting and closing escalations • Spot-check files for quality and training gaps • Review borrower credit, income, and asset documentation before underwriting submission • Keep the pipeline compliant with RESPA, TILA, HMDA, and Reg B • Serve as the primary contact for Branch Managers and Operations • Collaborate with Team Leads and the Regional Corporate Processing Manager • Support Closing, Secondary, and Servicing in clearing suspense items • Keep LOS notes current and respond to email and phone communications within SLA

🎯 Requirements

• Corporate/centralized processing leadership experience at a large independent mortgage banker (IMB); branch processing leadership does not qualify • Experience managing 8–10+ processors, including performance management and coaching • Strong knowledge of conventional, government, non-QM, and renovation lending • Working knowledge of RESPA, TILA, HMDA, and Reg B • Recent experience within the last 3 years with conventional, government (FHA/VA/USDA), non-QM, and renovation loan products • Experience within the last 2–3 years managing 8+ processors with average monthly closed volume of 25+ units • Must currently reside in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
