📋 Description

• Support and configure the assigned healthcare application • Assist, train, and support customers with application operation and administration • Troubleshoot application issues and work with vendors on resolution • Partner with customers to improve understanding of available tools and operational efficiencies • Create documentation and assist Technology teams with issues and problems • Report project issues and accomplishments to the application manager • Deliver work products meeting project scope and departmental application configuration/development guidelines • Analyze and document workflows, regulatory requirements, operational procedures, and hospital or departmental policies • Participate in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and evaluation of clinical or business application systems • Perform system design, document design decisions, redesign and document workflows, collect data, build databases, test, and troubleshoot • Participate in team and project meetings and work closely with team members • Maintain competency in the assigned application or technical area • Work with customers and Epic team members to deliver solutions • Test module updates, enhancements, and new releases • Perform other duties as assigned

• Proficiency with online devices • Proficiency with face-to-face, audio, and written communication • Ability to prepare for and facilitate a meeting • Excellent verbal and written skills and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work with peers at all levels on process improvement and computer-based solution selection, installation, and implementation • Ability to work efficiently with minimal direction • Ability to solve problems using logical thought processes • Ability to make independent decisions based on changing data and conditions • Ability to manage several concurrent tasks and retain details • Ability to retain knowledge of software and hardware products • Ability to develop and organize short- and long-range goals • Ability to function independently and accept significant responsibility • High school diploma or one plus years of related experience • 1–3 years of related experience • Current EPIC certification/accreditation required upon hire, or certification/accreditation achieved within the specified post-hire timeframe • Must be willing to travel or actively participate in remote training if certification is not achieved upon hire • Travel to off-site locations may be required • Must reside in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for remote employment
